So you may have heard about floating and wonder what it’s all about. Is it for meditation? Is it for recovery? Is it just lying in some water for a while? It can be hard to grasp exactly what floating can offer unless you have experienced it.
In this post I’m going
back to basics and will outline the Top 10 Reasons You Should Float and with

1. It’s Relaxing… Really
Relaxing!
When
you float, your entire body is effortlessly suspended on the surface of the
water due to the high concentration of Epsom Salt in the pod. This removes the
burden of gravity on your muscles and joints. And releases all built up tension
giving your body and nervous system a much-needed break.
